I began my real estate career as a licensed sales agent in January of 2001. I soon realized the importance of loving and enjoying what one does for a living. I thoroughly love my career and the rewarding experiences it has brought to me. In 2005, I became licensed as a real estate broker in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma in order to further my education and knowledge of the industry.
After seven years as a consistent and highly productive agent, my husband and I opened IMPACT REALTY GROUP, L.L.C. in order to incorporate our own ideas, marketing strategies, and resources into a system uniquely designed to provide an advantageous edge to our clients.
My professional associations include the National Association of Realtors, Texarkana Board of Realtors, Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, New Boston Chamber of Commerce, and the Texarkana Multiple Listing Service. My established relationships with title companies, attorneys, lenders, and appraisers, combined with the resourcefulness of the fantastic team of Realtors associated with IMPACT REALTY GROUP, L.L.C., allow me to provide an unparalleled service to my clients. Being a full time Firefighter for the city of Texarkana, Texas, I found that I had lots of free time on my hands from January until September every year. October through December found me on a deer stand or in a duck slough. In January 2005, I began my “part time” career as a real estate sales agent. With the help of my wife and some really good friends already in the field, my business ballooned into “part time-full time”. As a first year agent with a full time “second career”, I joined the ranks of the multi-million dollar producers.
I feel I have built a reputation for myself by being diligent, hard working, and honest. I am a firm believer of the adage “Where there is a will, there is a way”. The real estate market teaches me something new every day. Not only am I faced with economy changes and market trends, I meet people from every walk of life. These challenges only make me strive harder to fulfill my obligations to my clients and customers. I attribute my pride and professionalism to the twelve years I dedicated to the U.S. Navy and the 15 years as a firefighter. My success…..to my wife, Tracy. Recently retired after working for 35 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. During this time period held positions of Park Ranger, Forester, Lake Manager and District Forester. Theses positions were held at Lake O' the Pines, Wright Patman Lake, Cooper Lake, and Fort Worth District Office. In all of these positions my main responsibilities were land management and forestry (which consisted of selling approximately $3 million of timber off of civil and military properties each year). Education consists of a B.S. and a M.S. from Texas A & M Commerce and many other Natural Resource Management courses taken while working with the Army Corps of Engineers. Graduated high school at Clarksville, Texas and just recently obtained my real estate license and joined the team of Impact Realty Group, L.L.C. in Texarkana. |

My name is Deanna Allen. I was born and raised in Texas and wouldn't have it any other way. I have been a wife and mother for more than half my life. With my children grown, I found myself with lots of free time on my hands and decided to pursue a career in real estate. I have always found a great deal of satisfaction in being able to help others, so combining the two just seemed to be the perfect fit.

Sheila Roberson - Realtor, Interior Designer
(903) 278-4741 My name is Sheila Roberson and I am a Texarkana native. I joined Impact Realty in 2009, after working as a Sales and Marketing Representative for RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co. Knowing my employment would be limited as I approached mid life with the tobacco company I began taking real estate courses to have a back up plan. When it became necessary to put the plan in action I contacted Tracy Spradlin, since she was my first and only choice to work with and took my licensing exams. I look forward to helping my customers with the same commitment, enthusiasm and integrity as Impact Realty shows with all of their customers. I also have ten years interior design experience which I will gladly use to stage any Impact listing to gain a speedy sale. Personally I have lived in the Red water area for ten years and previously the New Boston area for fifteen years. I have been married to Jeff Roberson, an insurance and financial representative for twenty five years and have two grown daughters; Christin a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Austin , TX and Kimberly who is currently a student at Texarkana College. I have a Bachelors degree in History with a minor in Business from Texas A&M Texarkana. I have previously volunteered as troop leader for seven years with Girl Scouts of America and with Casa of Northeast Texas as a child advocate. |

Jordan Williams - Realtor

My name is Jordan Williams, I have been living in Texas for over 5 years now and have been enjoying every minute of it. I was raised in the Skagit Valley, which is located about an hour from Seattle Washington, in the Pacific Northwest. I moved down here in 2003 after meeting my beautiful wife Crystal, and moving back to her hometown of Texarkana. We live near town and enjoy visiting our local parks with our dogs, and eating at the many local restaurants, and geocaching. I am a big sports fan and enjoy hunting and fishing as well. I have coached a variety of teams in our area including, youth basketball, baseball, adult flag football, and most recently adult baseball . If it's happening outside than chances are I'm already involved in it, if not, than I will try it.
I am currently a firefighter for the city of Teaxrkana Texas, and have a been in the department for over 2 years now. I love being able to help people which is one reason I chose the firefighter field, however I I found that on my days off I had a lot of spare time on my hands, so after speaking to Bill Spradlin also of Impact Realty Group and a fellow fireman, he told me about another way I could help people out, he told me all about the Real Estate world and I began to realize that I was very interested in this field. I soon realized that I would enjoy helping people buy and sell Real Estate and it sounded like fun too. So I took the classes, got my license and jumped on board with Impact Realty Group.
I now look forward to working hard and growing in this industry and will do so with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
